NAIDC GENERAL HOTEL BOOKING INFORMATION

Here is the booking timeline for teachers and attendees:

Wednesday, February 7, 12:00pm EST: Booking OPENS for teachers, 2-night non-refundable deposit required.

Wednesday, February 14, 5:00pm EST: Booking CLOSES for teachers.

Wednesday, February 21, 12:00pm EST: Booking OPENS for attendees, 2-night non-refundable deposit required.

BOOKING NOTES
All reservation requests will require a credit card guarantee, a non-refundable two-night’s room and tax deposit at time of reservation.  Name changes to room reservations may be made up to 7 days prior to arrival at no charge.
Please be aware that hotels will send rooming lists on Thursday, February 15 to IDTANA for verification that only teachers have booked guest rooms between February 7 & February 14.
Should any non-teachers have booked reservations during the teacher-only booking period, these reservations will be cancelled and deposits refunded.
